Story: Centuries ago the gods created the master emerald. Over the years many people seeking greed, eternal life or infinite power would attempt to claim the emerald the chosen guardians, would defeat them. Ony year during medievil times a dark, ghost like sage, Dimitirus Xelogath, attempted to take the emerald, he defeated the current guardian at the time and took the emerald. With ultimate power, Dimitirus destroyed many cities and plains until the gods sealed him within an emerald of his own, The Dark Emerald. Years have passed since then and the emerald of darkness has been kept under the Master Emerald's alter. The gods created seven smaller emeralds, The Chaos Emeralds, to make sure that the emerald of darkness stayed in it's place. Over the current years however people such as: Doctor Eggman, Black Doom, Shadow The Hedgehog, Chaos, Metal Sonic, The Biolizard, Mephiles, Solaris and Eggman Nega have used the Chaos Emerald's negative energy. Now the emerald's power is rising and the fate of the planet is at risk of eternal darkness as the Dark Emerald's power has rised to much for the Master Emerald to supress. Not too long from now, Dimitirus Xelogath will be released from his black emerald-shaped prison...[SIZE=14]

well, no offense, but it just seems more fun to make a charecter than choosing a main.

I'm considering signing up for this...I hope that it doesn't trigger the downfall of the Soleannan Crisis, though. Are you still in that, Team Chaos?

Anyway, before I signed up, I'd like to know a bit more about the setting and situation, before I make a decision about whether or not to do so.

Maybe it is for you, but everyone else is not you, and they may like RPing as canon characters more than made up ones, or may want to sign up for canon characters first. :p

Why not just start the RP now and leave the sign ups open? That way if someone wants to join later, they can.

Standing at four foot nine, Reve is scrawny, small and thin. Her paws are furrier than the rest of her body, giving her the appearance of being clad in overly fluffy warm gloves. Her casual dress generally consists of a light, ariy black material for ball pants and a black and white stripy t-shirt. Fingerless gloves are strapped to her disproportionately large paws, lending her a certain dexterity to her digits. Her shoes are rather large, black adorned with silver buckles. She's made more of legs than of anything else, giving her the build of a runner. However, she lacks stamina, and as such doesn't hold her own in a race.

The people who first meet her on the streets tend to consider her an albino- her eyes are a a rather pale red, not quite pink, but not burning, either. Her fur is white, as is her shoulder length curly hair, but black markings tarnish her otherwise snow coloured pelt. This adds balance and breaks the monotony, providing Reve with some form of humanity- at first, she was thought to be influenced by some demonic power. Leopard ears poke out from the crown of messy locks, lending her expression a kind of innocent naivety.

Overall, this skeletal cat creature tends to look slightly... frightening when first approached.

Weapon:
Fights with a staff, tipped with three metal claws that have the ability to clamp any kind of vaguely circular object.

Ability:
Reve is psychic, and uses her powers to intrude in people's dreams. When given the opportunity, she can also mimic other people's attacks, but only if she possesses a chaos emerald. When "melting" into the emerald's power (this requires a lot of concentration) she is able to empower her wishes as attacks and use them against others.


She may sound kinda powerful, but she's really weak physically. o.o And she has a fear of people. And she doesn't know how to trust. But she's good with chaos emeralds. XD

No using lightning or thunder controlling lights and electricity-powered objects is fine

Appearance: Cyrus stands about 4'2, and has green fur. He wears his hair in the traditional echidna dreadlocks, curving backwards at the very tip. Cyrus has deep brown eyes that often reflect his compassionate disposition. The echidna often wears a red, hooded jacket, often concealing his face. His shoes are a dark blue, with a yellow stripe down the center. As with many other echidnas (though this is rarely seen due to how often he wears his jacket), he bears the crescent moon shape upon his chest, except his is red, just like his jacket.

Appearance: Marche stands at 4'2 when standing up properly, and weighs a mere 20kg (although A. this is normal; he's a bird and B. His feathers cover this). He has black feathers that have a distinctive 'charred' look, as though someone has set him on fire very slightly. His 'hairstyle' is swept back hair, with slight spikes at the bottem (although the feathers are just as 'charred' as his others). He has a short, dark blue beak, and dark blue, almost black eyes that are always slightly blood shot even though Marche never needs sleep. He holds himself with a slight amount of shyness, and tends to walk as though he was making sure no one was following him.

Do I have to include anything from the past or anything?
