Hi!! I would just like to know how many people here like Knuckles, let alone people who like Knucx with Sonia.

Knux is alright. He may not rank at the top of my list in favorite Sonic characters, but again, he's alright, at least. As for pairings, I'd normally have him paired up with Rouge, if anyone, at least.

However, GS happens to like Knuckles quiet a bit, I think.

I'm rather anti-pairing, so I won't comment on the many Knuckles pairings I've seen.

As for Knux himself... I don't like the current one. Back in the day, he was awesome, even though his jump was too low. Nowadays, Sega has really messed him up, turning him from a rather awesome rival, to a gullible, semi-useless backgrounder.

Damn Sega for what they have done to knux!
He was always my favorite out of the bunch. Then, he changed. I'm hoping they do something to sort him out rather than just bringing in another load of hedgehogs ¬.¬

For the love of crud, guys! Don't be haters, players! Knucx is awsome past, present, AND future! I love him because we both have temper problems, so don't make me mad.

You must be living in an alternate timeline, because the Knuckles that we have these days... He ain't that awesome. I can't stand him these days, or rather, I can't stand to see what he's become, which is a useless character.

God, I hope so. If they don't fix him soon, I hope he gets put out of his and my misery.

(In a nutshell, if Sega doesn't give us the old Knuckles that we used to love from the Genesis days, I will crack their employees on the ass with a 2x4, until they pee their pants and promise to give us oldschoolers what we want.)

I do believe that Knucx has changed, but everybody changes as they get older. I mean, think about it! When I was little, I wore fancy dresses, liked Barney, and I went around the house without a shirt. But now, I won't even touch a dress, I HATE Barney, and I would NEVER go around without a shirt (sucks for you though ^_^ )!

I've canged one hell of a lot compared to a couple of years back. When I was 16, I could even spell the word 'eye' properly. Now look at me (or my spelling, lol)!

The need to make Knuckles seem a bit more mysterious in my opinion. That was what made him so cool I think. The fact that we didn't know much about him. Also, make him less willing to work with others. In Heroes, he was just like sonic and tails (in the fact that he didn't mind working with them). The really knuckles would be like 'Bugger that! I looking after my Master Emerald!' *smacks sonic in face*

On a similar note, remember in SADX's last story? Knuckles says this: (Paraphrasing) "Whats up with these emeralds? I should take them to Sonic for his advice."

WHAT. THE. HELL.

Knuckles is supposed to be the guardian of the emeralds, right? Therefore, he shouldn't need Sonic to help him with anything emerald related, outside of getting them back.

Because its easy, and the truth. Nuff said.

The problem is, Knuckles SHOULD have been one of the most awesome characters in Sonic, but instead of making Knuckles a better character, Sonic Team invented needless extra characters (:Shadow:, I'm looking at you.) to fill in roles that could have easily been filled in by Knuckles, without even changing him much. In my opinion, Sonic Team needs to stop worrying about making new characters and start worrying about making the characters we already have better. Of course, it's too late for that now. If Sonic Team just got rid of :Shadow: and tried to shunt :Knuckles: in his place, it just wouldn't work. Plus, :Shadow:'s backstory just wouldn't work for :Knuckles:. However, Sonic Team could make Knuckles a much better character by shunting out all the characters no one cares about (read: :Bark: :Bean: :Charmy: :Espio: :Fang: :MetalKnuckles: :Mighty: :SuperSonic: :Tikal: :Vector: :Big:) and use the space to improve their existing characters. (Not that I have anything against :Shadow:. I'm just making a point.)

Gahh! I used to love Knuckles. Even though they so killed him in Sonic X, and the corny games now. I liked him Old School - ish!

To Erran: Last time I checked, Fang was an original villain too. More pople know him based on comics, but he's been around about as long as Amy.

Yeah, but to not take out Fang they have to take out Shadow, and that has the potential to cause large quanities of riots and TPing.XD

Not much. They were created by Sega in an attempt to make a character as popular as Shadow. Really, I want a game that only stars Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, and Robotnik again.

But I'm getting off topic. Me and Knuckles are totally diffrent. Where I'm carefree and lazy, Knuckles is hot-headed and a shy bit stupid. No offense, but he's been tricked by Robotnik a million times.

Yup. Personally, I'd be good with just Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Silver, Blaze, Amy, and Eggman; it's just enough characters in my opinion.

I'm with Pokol...minus the addition of Silver. Although I like his design I heard he was a lame character.
I like Knuckles...but I think he should've had more of a role in Sonic Adventure. He didn't seem to care much that it somewhat centered around the Echidna Culture and his origins. I'd like to see another Knuckles themed game that centered around his past and how the echidnas came to die out and he ended up being the last one. Obviously we gather that Chaos must've whiped them up, but how did they end up dwindling down and perhaps it wasn't as long ago as many people think.
I do agree though that he shouldn't be duped as much. He was a lot sharper in the past. Maybe one too many blows on the head from Sonic did it? XD;

Yeah I wish he was too. Though it is funny that he's a big of a stubborn Knucklehead...but I wish we could see more of him portraying his strengths. Being the strong noble and intelligent guardian. He was duped once by Robotnik...isn't that enough?

Apparently Sega didn't want to make Knuckles smarter, so they placed in Big to make him seem smarter.

Also I'm glad Sonic'06 got rid of that treasure hunting thing(I know he didn't have a real,whole level.)
