It's about Keichi he live in dome. Keichi order some take out but he ineed up calling the goddess help line. Bellandy appear she said I can only grant you one wish.

I remember seeing part of an episode of this show once. It does seem kinda cool, as it reminds me slightly of Urusei Yatsura. Not the wackiness part, but the whole "girl with powers likes ordinary guy" part.

Really..... Hmmmmm
Well I really like this show a lot. I went to CA I saw this OVA for the first time so I grab them for $15 instead of $25 per VHS Video. I rember VHS used to be a lot of money back in the day.
