Since none of these series would likely be able to get enough responses on their own, I'm combining them all into one topic. SO... you can discuss anything related to any anime based on a fighting game. This includes Street Fighter, Darkstalkers, Fatal Fury, Tekken, Battle Arena Toshinden, etc, etc, etc.

Has anyone seen this series & tell me what you think of it?

Yes, I have seen the Fatal Fury anime (all three of them) and found them quite enjoyable.

Now that this topic has resurfaced and I actually REMEMBER about it... Avenger, have you, by any chance, seen the Tekken anime? I believe you might have mentioned it in passing once, but I'm not sure I remember what you said. XD

Street Fighter II V!

It's a great series. A bit weird, mind you... but it's awesome. Ryu and Ken basically go on a adventure across the world to fight random people to test their strength. Chun Li is with them... her dad is a cop for Interpol or something. I haven't seen much of it, but I remember watching Ken fight a Bull. XD And Guile kicked both their butts in a bar.

Yes, I remember Street Fighter II V quite well. Actually, I've seen the entire series (and own it). It's... well, it's VERY different from anything shown in Street Fighter, but unlike the horrible mess that was "Street Fighter Alpha Generations", it was actually good despite being totally AU. The only thing is that the end of the series kinda felt rushed to me.

Haven't seen the end yet. My friend Derrick and I bought a few of the VHS tapes... I plan on getting the DVD Box Set of the whole series when I get back to Missouri. ^_^

I suck at those games, so I don't know how different it is... but I liked what I saw!

Hehehe... Oh man... I've got so much to say about that movie.

I'm actually torn on it. Part of me loves the action, soundtrack, and obvious KazxJun hinting, but the other side of me hates how inaccurate it is.

And the fact that Kazuya looks like a Vegeta cosplayer.

But I digress.

Its hilarious to me, because its so off base from the games. I can MST3K that thing so easily.

All in all, whether I'm watching for the action or just for a good laugh, I still enjoy it.

If anyones interested, I could do a review...

I've never seen it, personally. Though I also wouldn't object if you wanted to do a review of it.

Give me a couple days to watch it again, and I'll get crackin' on it.
