THE PEXXIVERSE
The Pexxiverse is a world created by CPoC; largely based strictly on SegaSonic, it
chronicles a universe where Sonic the Hedgehog disappeared... leaving the
world in grave danger. Luckily the next generation of heroes stepped up to the
plate.
This universe was created by CPoC for use in his comics and, possibly, may the
Cheese will it, a fangame. This was not made for the purpose of RPs, so without
his consent don't make an RP in it. However characters from this universe have
shown up, making it clear that the Pexxiverse and the Rapidverse are
dimensionally close.
Beware! Characters like Pexxus, Elric, and Wanda do NOT exist in the
Rapidverse unless they show up. They're exclusive to the Pexxiverse; however, as
shown in the Infinity Emerald RolePlay, the character known as Lime is
definitely part of the future of the Rapidverse as well.

He rules most of the planet and has to constantly ward off the like of Pexxus and the organization known as GUN just to keep his throne. With vast resources and almost complete rule, he won't be impeached anytime soon. Pepper: Very loyal to Eggman, she's also the rookie of his elite fighters. She's determined, she's always serious, and she never loses her confidence. She also has a lot of strength and agility for someone so small. Destiny: She's the Rouge archtype. She secretly has a crush on Elric (history repeats itself, I guess), but since he and his friends always interfere with the big bosses plans, she always has to fight them. That's not to say she doesn't like to have fun while doing it. ;) She's very greedy, a bit selfish, and a very skilled fighter. She has the power to shoot psyonic energy from the crystal on her forehead, as well. Rage: Why am I even saying these guys are archtypes, anymore? They have obvious differences. But, if this guy has to be an archtype, it'd be Shadow. But his name is Rage for a reason. He's a very serious guy, but also quick to anger. But unlike Elric, he can control his anger... but not in the way you might think. The madder he gets, the stronger he gets, and he can disperse this extra power into very devastating energy balls shot from his palms. Oh, and he's a falcon, so he can fly. |

When I created Pepper, she was an Echidna.
However, CPOC changed her into a Porcupine cause we already have some echidnas but no Porcupines.

If I flub up, my bad. ^_^; But to give credit where credit is due, I shall... ummm... something that rhymes with "oo".
Okay, I don't remember well, but I think Destiny the Dog was submitted by Crystal Rose, Wanda was submitted by BlueRush, Pepper the Porcupine (formerly Echidna) was submitted by GoldenSama, and Ginger Snap (formerly Ginger the Squirrel... she's still a squirrel, but it ain't part of her name) was submitted by Kimiko.
I changed Pepper to a porcupine not because we have to many echidnas, but because of a somewhat opposite reason. As BR pointed out, this universe is pretty much based on the game universe, therefor, that would mean that Knuckles was the last echidna. That being the case, Pepper couldn't have been an Echidna.
But, I also would like to think that this future could happen to any universe. So, there's things that hint of other universes, BUT not clarified, as that would make it universe specific. So, one can think there might be other echidnas, but there won't be. Does that make any sense? Also, Wanda can be speculated to be the daughter of Tails and Cosmo, but it will never be confirmed, cuz that would make it universe specific to Sonic X. Even with Lime this applies. It will be known that her father was a crocodile and her mother was a bunny. Even that she has an older sister who's a bunny. But no names will ever be used. ;)
I pretty much have the "script" for the first issue of Pexxus done, I just need to finish putting into comic form... I only have one page done, though. ^_^; In comic form, I mean.
And I don't mind if these characters are used for RPing, but perhaps you'd care to know more about their personalities?

I really like the fact that this could be the future for any universe. ^_^ Too bad I have my future contest~~ ^_^; The future contest was why I started this thread: since we're going to start defining who's who in the future of the Rapidverse, I wanted to maintain your universe's integrity by separating it. ^_^;
But I'm glad we can start RPs in it! ^_^ Maybe we will, now... or at least a crossover in TA. :3

Ya, coloring a comic and still making it look good (i.e. adding shading and highlights) takes a long time, so that's why I decided to just give it manga tones, instead.
And thanks for the compliments on the human versions of the characters. It's too bad these characters didn't exist back when we were doing The Search.

Yeah, but "The Search" is a part of the Rapidverse, is it not? I mean, even though it was before the Rapidverse, and even before the Rapid Board, it still introduced all of us, and it introduced our characters to Nite, so it's vital to the foundation of most of our Rapidverse stuff, right?
And if The Search existed in the Rapidverse, then the technology to make Mobians into Humans still exists as well, am I right?
Well, then maybe once you're back for good, and school load lightens for Joha and Cojo and CR and everyone, we can include the Mobian into Human plot in a new RP -- allowing the Pexxiverse gang to join in. :3
It's February now, yeah? Not too long till Summertime, when we'll all be off of school, and hopefully you'll be back amoung us full time. :D

I was actually thinking about another RP in the style of The Search but I wasnt really sure how people would react (not to mention all the other awesome RPs that are going on around here lol). I didn't mean to step on people when I set the stage for TA, but, well... more than 2 is a lot. u_u; However, just like FtE it will be run by the people, so if you want Pexxiverse crossovers, if you want turning into people, you've got it! ^_^

Ya, Pexxus is a woodchucks. Woodchucks and groundhogs are the same thing. Woodchuck is the proper term, and groundhog is more like slang.
Pexxus even has buck-teeth. But he hides them well. XD
And I'm glad everyone likes the manga style I'm going for. I think that'll make things easier. It's still time consuming, but it's nothing compared to doing it with colors.

Man CPoC that is an awsome story you got going there. I have been missing out on a lot. Do you think you can throw Eclipse in there somehow??? That would be sweet. Grave digging - Posting in a thread after weeks, months, or in this case, years since it was last posted in. Usually looked down upon, unless new, relevant information is posted in the thread.

Often pinned topics aren't meant to be discussed. There are "just to have it on file" topics like this where discussion doesn't occur. It just so happens that discussion has occurred in this thread before, that is, it has precedent, and as a result discussion in this thread is okay, as long as it's on topic, that is, directed towards finding out about the Pexxiverse.
Other than the "just to have it on file" threads, of which this is officially but not ostensibly, I can't think of a pinned topic that one should avoid writing in.
This happens to be a pinned topic, and furthermore it happens to be a pinned topic people had been using, once, to discuss things. As a result it was okay to gravedig. It seems, though, like you didn't take those things into account when deciding whether or not to post in such an old topic. Just keep an eye on the date next time, is all. Thanks.

Well I originally posted here cause CPoC or Spoony or Pexxus is my best friend and I was curious as to what was a happening here. CPoC is a very creative person and we have been working on projects for over eleven years now. I guess I really didn't care how old the topic was. Oh well.

Car-Heem of Wheat. That was BR's original username here (I believe; it was before my time :heh: ) before switching to BlueRush, which at some point switched to just BR. It's also the name of the character that represents him in the SK&WS series of stories.
Oh! The Chatty Chat thread in the Off-Topic area is a good thread to go to for posting questions like this, and also just talking about whatever you want! (as long as it isn't completely random gibberish; some people in the past have thought that random gibberish was the main point of that thread, and that got annoying to have to ignore all the time :LOL: )

If there's a topic that interests you and it's old, you can make a new topic; you have my permission.
The reason we do that is because nobody wants to post in old topics. Experience shows that old topics really don't get revitalized. Unless it's pinned, if it's old it's safe to say it won't generate discussion. Just keep an eye on the date. Regardless of who you know. That's all. :)
If this topic gets any further off track, it might do well to lock it, at least until the Pexxiverse pops up again in my dA inbox. Specifically, I will lock it.

Well this is going to be my last post on this topic, in fear of my best friends topic being locked. I am extreamly into Spoony's Pexxus story and hoped to discuss with him the possibilities of bringing my character, Eclipse the Hedgehog, into the Pexxiverse. I ask one question off topic and all hell breaks loose.... Sometimes I think some people are granted too much power... but oh well... Till this topic becomes "Active" I will not post here any more. Thanks for the info so far Spoony.

Well, I might eventually get to working on the series again. I have so much on my plate as it is, though. But, ya, I guess until that time comes, we gotta stop discussing anything here.
