This is the original Tai. Not the Tai from the anime -- this is the Tai from this manga (V-Tamer) which is what inspired the anime we all know and love.

This is a completely different Tai. He doesn't have a sister, he has a different love interest than Sora, and his rival isn't Matt.

And speaking of the anime, they need to show season one reruns again. I miss watching Greymon become Metal-Greymon for the first time. And watching Tai subtly swoon over Sora...

Heh. This was the first time "Digimon" was anything other than a hand-held game like Tamigachi. It inspired the anime.

I liked the handheld tamigachi things. They were fun. And that last one up there made me laugh. Beached Whale-mon. WEWT!
