Well, I can give you some basic info since I used to go there. =)
Basically, Neopets is a little website where you can raise digital creatures, play games, and buy stuff for them. You can give your little creatures stories in their descriptions, and heck, even show off some of your art skill with the beauty contest! You can talk with friends on boards and such, pretty basic.~

I used to play Neopets but I haven't for a year now. I think my neopets are all starving :blink:
