Psych is a great show. It's very young, so sometimes it has plot holes and sometimes it seems a little too much like Monk; but it has great potential and is hilarious.

Basically, it's a show about a crazy, cool drop-out guy whose cop-father trained him to notice everything around him and figure out stuff about people from what they're wearing. He uses this talent to become a fake psychic, and work police and private eye cases! XD Hilarity ensues.

Lasseter, the angry police officer who hates Shawn Spencer (the guy) and who thinks he's lying about the 'psychic' thing (which he is), is just hilarious.

Psych is great. :3 I tape it every week with Monk.

It's a little more over-the-top than Monk is, but it's brand new. A lot of shows have their first seasons not as good as the ones that come after it, because it takes some time to find a comedy comfort zone. :3

However, I agree that Psych could probably become one of the coolest comedies on TV. I like comedy/detective shows. You get all the thrill of a good detective case, but with comedy to lighten the mood. Yay!
