Board is dead. So we're bringing it back to life in the way that has always worked before: A new RP.

Now... everytime it's just me doing the brainwork for a RP, it, um, dies. So help me out so this one stays alive and well, yeah?

SO... we all know the famous stories and the famous heroes and characters...



This story... is not about them.

There is no character limit in this RP, because I never follow one anyway, so neither should any of you.

You can create your characters based on the histories, powers and abilities of any anime, manga, video game, book, movie, TV show, ect, ect, ect, ect, ect.

Did I say create? Yes I did. Because like I said, this is not about those famous characters pictured above. Yes, we can play them, but only in limited capacity.

Characters can be related to the characters of any series, as I said. Someone already create a character that would render yours impossible to exist? No problem, cause yours can still exist. (Example: BR wants a BB/T kid, GS wants a BB/Rav kid -- well, they can both exist.)

Or they can be completely original.

There basically are no rules on who you can create or what limitations they can have. And as I said, even the children that would be the result of two different pairings are okay. All will be explained when the story begins.

As for the story... I'm-a keep it under wraps, but you all know me: I'm completely insane, but that makes me creative. It'll be good.

ALSO! You may create whatever storylines your want. Anyone at any time can do whatever they want.

Just follow the RPG rules for SRB. But you knew that already.

I'll have a map of the world created ASAP, with various locations and other stuff.

You *may* call canon characters, but I don't want them to be the main focus. Originals are best.

And, no, you may not take an existing character and change a few things around to have a new one. I know I like to do this, and so do some others, but since those characters DO exist in this world, it'd be weird... although you can have that character's children.

Appearance: Almost six feet tall, reddish blonde hair, green eyes, and wears blue pants, green shirt, and dark blue vest.
Powers: None. He’s a normal human.
Background: Edda, also known as Ed, is the son of a wanna-be Pokemon Trainer and a fairly decent Pokemon Breeder. His father, the wanna-be Trainer, pressured Edda into the path of a trainer and had him go to a number of Pokemon Training Schools. He’s not a legend in any way, but it’s said he accidentally chose the starter that was going to go to the legend, but that’s not known for sure.
Random Info: He started with a Charmander, named it Sol, and now he is a Charizard. He also has a Vaporeon called Zaurak, a Raichu named Mist, a Pidgeot named Athena, a Dugtrio called Isaac, and a Blissey named Isis. He also seems to attract Pokemon, but more in the way of hurting, like being run over/mauled/various other painful things.

He is not immortal, but his Day Spa has a special power, as no one seems capable of dieing or being killed in it. He has several franchises, and how he remains in business is unknown.
Random Info: Used to be known as the strongest Jupiter Adept around, he lost that title when battling Ivan. He seems to like rabbits, but not badgers…

Powers: Hyuuga Justus, Ninja powers.
Background: As a Hyuuga who needs glasses when not using his Byakugan, he was frowned upon. As part of the Branch Clan, he carries the Sealed Bird symbol on his forehead. However, he practices greatly to make up for his need in glasses outside of the battlefield, and is an above average ninja.

Apperance:Bright blue eyes and long, waist length, raven hair. Melanie is rather short (about 5''3) and pretty skinny leading to the impression that she is scrawny. She loves to wear bright colors that often affect her mood in a positive way leaving her constantly optimistic and happy.

Powers: Melanie is a shadow bender (think modern avatar-ish) which means she can control darkness and shadows by will. She moves arounds what seems like clouds of smoke in her hands whenever she needs protection. Though she hates to do it sometimes attack is in fact a nesesity. In times of her powers becoming too much she vents them out on various objects, often blowing up windows or electricity before finally fainting.
Background: Melanie is the youngest for two children of Kanna Narroh. Since Kanna was relitively young when she had her son, and because her husband died early in their childhood, Kanna decided not to take much care of her children. This left Melanie under the care of her brother Jason who is a little more than six years older than her. From when Melanie was about six until she was fourteen Jason was her primary caretaker, her mother just a figure she was forced to respect because she knew it was right. Now with her brother going blind she is left with alot of responcibility. Luckily she isnt alone.
Random Info:Melanie is an eternal optimist and a very naive girl. She is oblivious to teen age boys with their eyes on her (her eyes are often on a certain teenage alien actually). Melanie also hates bright lights since she feels best surrounded by the dark.

Powers: Jason is a light bender, the opposite of his little sister, which means he can channel energy coming from any lightsource around by will. He is extremely strong and tallented at this, but when he actually faulters it hurts him more than his sister. The energy he has been using travels to his brain instead of blowing up random objects. This left him partially blind and getting worse.
Background: Jason is the oldest child of Kanna. He was basically a mistake (Kanna having him at about sixteen) just adding to how much he utterly hates her. He never calls her mom, just Kanna, and often keeps Melanie by his side instead of hers. He is often protecting Melanie from things, he scares away potentional boyfriends, and making sure she doesnt overdo her powers.
Random Info: Jason is a loveable perv.....Seriously, he has various crushes but almost always gets shot down. Most of the time it's because girls think Melanie is his child.....Poor Jason.

Powers: She's 1/4 demon, and therefore a hanyou ("half-demon"). As such, she can slash her fingernails and create striking yellow blades of light. She also had demonic healing abilities. She can run very fast and jump very high. However, the source of her powers isn't her father's blood, but the Shikon no Tama trapped inside her body.
Background: Yumi is young and seeks out trouble. She's a pain in the ass and activtly seeks out problems and then makes them worse.
Random Info: The daughter of Inuyasha and Kagome, she takes more after her father.

Name: Maes Mustang

Apperance: Black hair, a heartbreaker's smile; he wears a State Military uniform. He also carries a gun on his belt.
Powers: He's been taught alchemy by one of the Military's most infamous alchemists, and picked up sniper skills as well. He carries around a single pistol and no ammo -- he doesn't need any. The pistol has a transmutation circle on the handle, and just by holding it he can fire everything from tiny sparks to gigantic fireballs, or streams of flames.
Background: A member of the State Military, he currently holds the rank of a State Alchemist.
Random Info: Named after his father's (dead) best friend, he's every bit the ladies man his father was.

Name: Rem Virginia "Ginni" Aran

Apperance: She supports long blonde hair and sapphire blue eyes. She wears a red jacket, black shirt and red skirt. She has blue earrings in each ear and she carries a large, silver revolver. She also carries a small computer water on her wrist.
Powers: She's incredibly fast, strong, smart and has perfect reflexes. She has some telepathic and telekentic powers but she's not very skilled with them.
Background: She's quite wreckless and crazy, and lives the life of a constant travler. Not because she has to, but because her father told her how fun it is she decided to give it a try and found out it was fun.
Random Info: Since her father was a genetically created "plant" and her mother was imbuned with Chozo DNA, she's got an unusual and unique genetic structure.

Name: Van Elric
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Apperance: Short blonde hair, blue eyes; he usually wears dark black pants and a white short-sleeve shirt with a white vest. He always wears black leather gloves with white transmutation circles on them so that he can preform alchemy at any time. However, he doesn't like alchemy. He thinks it's confusing and boring and the only reason he learned it was because his father recognized his natural talent when he was learning medical skills from his mother.
Powers: He's a genius as a alchemist, but he thinks alchemy is pointless and prefers to work in the medical field.
Background: He was raised to be a great alchemist and was a quick study, just like his father. Then he watched his childhood best friend die and couldn't use alchemy to help him. (His father managed to get there in time to stop what would've been a biiiig mistake) and decided that alchemy was pointless, so he began to study medicine.
Random Info: He's taller than his father, a fact that his father can't stand. He's also got a much better temper. He was named, surprisingly enough, after Van Hoenhiem -- his grandfather.

Appearance: Green eyes, slightly pointed ears, five feet eight inches. Wears a Dwarvin Helmet, and other armor. He’s a half-elf!
Powers: Some Healing, a little fire powers. A good ranger.
Background: Redbird is a half-elf raised by Indians (Native Americans), and carries with him a green stone called the Emerald of Everell, which may or not mean he’s the heir of a Elvish Kingdom. It’s unknown. He travels around with a teenage hill giant and an alcoholic hawk.
Random Info: Redbird wields two long swords and is out to find out what the Emerald of Everell is.

Name: Zor
Age: 15
Gender: Male
Appearance: Large, burly, and wields a club, he’s a teenage hill giant.
Powers: Normal giant stuff.
Background: Found around the hills where Redbird use to live, he was raised by the half-elf and is incredibly loyal to him, growing very angry if anyone should try to hurt Redbird.
Random Info: Zor’s normally fairly peaceful for a giant, though his solution to most problems that confuse him is either to ask Redbird or smash things.

Appearance: Very short, has a lot of feathers and a red tail, a yellow beak and claws. He’s a red-tailed hawk.
Powers: Normal hawk stuff.
Background: Redbird’s ‘pet,’ Icarus is a bit of an alcoholic and not to bright. He has a sort of cunning, but only a small one.

Powers: At an early age, Rina learned how to control a ghostflame: A creature half-ghost, half- flame. When hit with a ghostflame, it feels as if you are being burned, but in reality, there is no burn on your skin. It's just really, really hot.
Background: Soon after she was born, both of Rina's parents divorced each other. From then on she lived with her father until she was five, when he was killed in a car accident. After that, she lived with foster parents.... who neglected her all the five years she lived with them. When she was 16, she applied for an emancipation from her foster parents and managed to show the judge that she could take care of herself. She has been living alone in her apartment until a short time ago when a certain purple-haired alien showed up.....
Random Info: With all those family problems and such, and then living alone for years in a small apartment, this girl is bound to have problems, right? Well, as it turns out, Rina has a *slight* anger problem and an intolerance to idiots. Fun, huh?

Background: Kale was forced to run away from his planet after the king called for a bizarre draft of all males for the military. *cough* I'm not going into detail about that, but yeah. Kale ran away and crash landed on Earth, and Rina, who was passing by, saved him from his ship's dangerous fumes. Melanie, who coincidently was also passing by, helped her and brought Kale to her house where they nursed him back to health.
Random Info: Though he's seventeen, Kale is a little innocent and naive for his age. He knows next to nothing about Earth and it's hosts' customs, and even though he's learning, he's still as naive as when he first crashed here.

Panther-like in both movement and appearance, he has shown potential to be an elementalist at a very young age. Weilding a double-sided scythe, this cat here can probably burn our ass, freeze it and then cut it apart.
Random Info: Agaven is incredibly fond of being petted and likes to purr when content. His history is rather trying, up until he met a common soul in an elf named Aerie. Now he travels the world in search of the other half of thi amulet, seeking to complete the Chrono Cross once and for all...

Background: Sai has probably the most interesting background, considering that he keeps it quite secret. But his powers, his fame and his disinterest in anything tangible make him look like the reincarnation of Shikamaru. Infused with demonic energy down to his very core, Sai has a mysterious past rivaled by his even more mysterious powers.
Random Info: Sai is lazy, straightforward and manipulative. Being the humane representation of his divine self, he retained all of his egotistical quirks, which include his disinterest in anything in particular. Rude at times, gentle at times, and most of the time a badass like no other, Sai is not someone to be underestimated.

Background: Arcanis has his own secrets. Haunted by his past, he is an elf that saw many an evil deed transpire in front of him and this left him scarred. Upon touching the core of the world... Well, you'll hear it all from him, if you care to ask.
Random Info: Arcanis is a kindred soul, ready to help. Sometimes he lapses into a fit of coughing that forces him to cough up blood, at which point he has to take medication. While physically weak and nearly skeletal, his powers as a mage and summoner are rare if not unmatched.

Background: The son of royalty on his mother's side, but most definitely not on his father's side, Adalberto has had an interesting past. To this day, his father is still considered a hero, but either way, Adalberto has joined the State Military... in the hopes of one day gaining the power to vanquish an evil that constantly threatens his mother's people. Truthfully, he really hates the military... and slacks around a lot. It's mostly his mother's wishes that he join the military, but out of respect for his mother and her kingdom, he's doing what he needs to do... and trying to find a way out of it. He knows he can probably find a way to defeat this great evil without the military's help, anyway.

Background: Son of Shadow the Hedgehog and Amy Rose, this means he’s half Ultimate Life Form. Growing up on stories of heroes of the past generation, he’s out to make his own mark on the world.
Random Info: Chatrol is so far the only known male with the ability to summon mallets.

Name: Knuckles II

Gender: Male
Apperance: Like Chatrol, he looks a lot like his father (Knuckles) but do to a horrible accident, he was forced to fuse with Chaos to survive, so he became a light blue.
Powers: Chaos Powers, regeneration abilities.
Background: Due to his fusing with Chaos, Knuckles II is now calm and collected, instead of hot headed like his father. He is usually seen around Angel Island helping to guard the Master Emerald, but both Chatrol and Café have been able to convince him to get out in the world more.
Random Info: Knuckles II learned a few thieving skills from his mother (Rouge), and with his fusing with Chaos, became more adept at them.

Name: Café Sucre Prower

Gender: Female
Appearance: A two-tailed kitsune like her father, she has brown eyes like her mother and her fur is about the same shade as Tails. She normally wears khaki clothing.
Powers: Flight, a few Chaos powers.
Background: Had a generally normal childhood, and enjoys building machines much like her father.
Random Info: She usually contributes the machines for Chatrol and Knuckles II, but also wishes to prove that she can fight on her own as well.

Random Info: Master Chief II was chosen, and trained by the original Master Chief himself.

Apperance: He is on the tall side, with blonde hair and green eyes. He wears a black tanktop, with a similar jacket like the one his cousin wears. Alongside that he has a belt with some strange looking devices on them. Shorts, with pockets, that have a gun, some knives, and his trademark pocketwatch inside of them. His right arm is taped all the way up.
Powers: He's an exceptional Alchemist, that was trained by his father.
Background: Only a select few every become a State Alchemist every year. Aside from Maes Mustang, Z put the rest of the wannabe alchemists to shame during the exams. He is the son of Alphonse Elric.
Random Info: Z wears fingerless gloves with Alchemy symbols on them, so when he claps he is able to perform alchemy on the spot. Z loved to listen to tales of Ed and Al during their teen years, and he tries live up to their legendary status.

Appearence: Meh scanner's being a b*tch, so I can't scan anything right now, but I'll fix teh problem and provide a pic for ya. ;o
Powers: None. She uses bombs and whatnot for fighting. She's a regular human.
Backgroud: With almost no memory of her childhood (this includes her exact birthdate and given name-- she was named 'Hime' byher subordinates due to her rank-- though this is merely because she left home at an early age and didn't retain imformation she found unimportant), Hime became a Black Ops Agent in the military and gained the rank of vice captain of her unit. But after a traumatizing incident in Ishbal, she now travels as a military deserter with three Isbalan children whom refer to her as 'Mama.'
Random Info: The Isbalan children Hime has adopted are named Locke (pronounced 'lock'), Diane, and Hobbes (like teh stuffed tiger XD)-- Male, female, and male; ages 6, 5, and 4. They all ride on Hime's back (Locke on her right shoulder, Diane on her left, and Hobbes on her head) and concider her their mother (and each other as siblings, though none of them are related) after the death of their own parents.

Locke, as the oldest, is the most paranoid and aware of what's reay going on when around adults. He's usually quiet, but when he does speak, it's usually to insult any 'grown-up' around.
Diane is bubbly and extremely girly, though she'll leave her elegant tendancies to help others or beat up Hobbes.
The youngest, Hobbes, gets into the most trouble. Hime can't take her eyes off of him for a second without the little guy getting himself into a huge mess.

Apperance: Caucasian teenage male of average height and build, has black hair and brown eyes. Wears a white shirt, protective vest and ammo bandoleir over his chest, and blue combat trousers, a gunbelt and sneakers.
Powers: Armed with a variety of weapons and is incredibly talented with all weaponry he gets his hands on. Has rather quick reflexes and a knack for building and modifying his own weaponry- otherwise, no superhuman powers.
Background: The boy known now as the Sabre was born to parents who were both soldiers of G.U.N, and both later died serving their cause. Raised as a soldier, he learned to shoot before he learned to walk, and quickly showed talent as a fighter- he was placed in a secret, juvenile special forces squad known as Cub Pack, and given the codename Blue Wolf. However, the increasingly anti-authoritive and disillusioned Blue finally snapped at the death of his best friend, and when his resignation was rejected he busted out himself, having to kill 16 men just to get out alive. He abandonded his squad, his girlfriend (Red Wolf, who was always loyal to GUN above all else) and his past moniker, renaming himself the Sabre and becoming a freebooting renegade, and arch-nemesis of the man known as Cyberlord. He has since worked with Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends in defending the world from all that may threaten it...

He is deathly afraid of being unarmed- he is completely hopeless at unarmed combat and quickly loses courage when his weapons are gone.
The Sabre is also completely hopeless at stealth.
He's a drinker, womaniser and pyromaniac who will blow stuff up at the slightest excuse.
All of the Sabre's personal weapons are heavily modified and personalised, done up in blue and white and codenamed 'SB's, with a number. His previous weapons are considered collector's items among the collector's community.

I think just that one will do for now... he's my Sonicverse alter-ego.

Apperance: Originally, he was a yellow canary that looked very cute. It's unknown what happened to change his appearance, but now he's a black canary that looks very evil.

Powers: Despite his very small size, he's surprisingly strong and skilled in street fighting. He also has a strange shape-shifting power. Not the kind where he can make himself look like someone else, but the kind where he can change his limbs into weapons.
Background: The son of Tweety and Aoogah. It's unknown if he was ever a good guy, but it's certain he isn't one now. He's as evil as they come. He wanders around, doing whatever he pleases and having fun... even if his fun spills blood. It's uncertain if he has any motives outside of a perverse sense of what is "fun".
Random Info: He hates cats. He really, REALLY hates cats.

Name: 'Agent Bingo'

Gender: Male
Apperance: Fairly tall Caucasian man, has brown hair, wears faded green G.U.N. fatigues (with a 9 as his number), a leather belt and a pair of round-lensed sunglasses. Rarely seen without a cigar in his jaw.
Powers: Strong and agile, years of training and experience in combat, martial arts, marksmanship, stealth and espionage. Equipped with a signature nine-shot pistol and an assault rifle.
Background: Once one of G.U.N's finest agents and leader of a team, Bingo has gone downhill since his team broke up and he was reassigned to a special ops program. Now rather bitter barely cares about his job, Bingo has no qualms about mouthing off to command or slacking off on missions because he just doesn't care anymore. He has mentored several skilled fighters, including the Sabre himself (it is unknown how much he influenced the Sabre's... choices) and is still extremely formidable (though not superhuman by any means) if pulled into a fight- and he'll never pass up an oppurtunity to cause some old fashioned havoc.
Random Info: Bingo used to smoke cigarettes (and was constantly nagged by Blue Wolf/Sabre to quit) until the Sabre blew up his favourite brand's factory. He has since switched to imported cigars.
Bingo's old team included agents by the codenames of Roulette, Blackjack and Poker. Roulette turned traitor, Blackjack was promoted, and Poker got killed.
His other proteges include Klaw the Cat, a mercenary, and Scratch, another budding G.U.N special agent.
Bingo is still a heartthrob for women half his age and younger.

Apperance: He looks like a small boy with dark hair. He always wears a black shirt and black shorts with red circles and lines on the sleeves.
Powers: He can regenerate any wound, he never ages and he has certain powers that will be revealed later.
Background: Selim, the dead (adoptive) son of President Bradley, Selim was revived using the Philosopher's Stone -- the Stone was then melted down and injected into his bloodstream, turning him into a Homunculus (just like the Prez). His powers and his name will be revealed later.

Name: Unknown, Callsign is Sliver.
Age: Unknown, believed to be 20-25
Gender: Male
Apperance: His skin is incredibly -- almost ghostly -- pale. So are his clothes. His pants, his shirt, his tie, his coat, his hat and his gloves are all spotless white. He sticks out like a sore thumb almost anywhere he goes.
Powers: Telekensis, Telepathy, Other Various Psychic Abilities.
Background: Unknown. He's the pet project of Selim's Council.

Okay...one of these is an established character, but he won't be fighting or anything. He'll just pop up to talk every now and then, like from the game he's coming from...

Another one is technically canon, but he was not seen or even heard of in Kingdom Hearts, but it makes logical sense to use him...

Gender: Male
Appearance: Reddish brown hair, Roxas wears the same black outfit his father used to wear, except he got some new shoes.
Powers: Some magic and sword fighting.
Background: Roxas is the son of Sora and Kairi, named after Sora’s other half. So far he seems to be unable to use a Keyblade, but carries a sword with him that he can fight well with. He’s currently traveling with Max, Fauntleroy, the Prince, and Jiminy, in order to travel and see the world.
Random Info: Roxas is unaware of where his name came from.

Name: The Prince (Kimcey)
Age: 19
Appearance: A small black Disney mouse, Kimcey is the Prince of Disney Castle. Usually wears an outfit like his father’s old one when out traveling, as not to allure suspicion to his rank.
Background: Like Roxas, Kimcey can not use a Keyblade either, but wields a sword to with great skill. Schooled by magic by Yen Sid, he’s a good fighter, and like his parents, Kimcey will always lend a hand to help.

Name: Fauntleroy
Age: 18
Appearance: A white duck decked in blue, Fauntleroy is the son of Donald and Daisy Duck, and thus learned magic from his father.
Background: Not as good as his old man, Fauntleroy hopes to learn more on the quest he and the others are on in order to prove himself. Oddly enough, growing up with two impatient ducks as parents, Fauntleroy has learned the virtue of patience.

Appearance: Fairly tall for his species, Max is a dog-man-like creature. In fact, he’s the son of Disney’s Castle’s Top Knight. He wears clothes that look a lot like his father’s, but also sports shades, and has a darker green scheme then Goofy.
Background: Striving to be different from his dad, Max tries to act cool and is actually very good on a skateboard. He uses a shield like his father however, because they do share a dislike in violence. His shield, when a certain button is pressed, can also change into a skateboard.

Background: Yes, as disturbing as the idea may be to some of you, this is the offspring of THAT Dr. Drakken. Unlike his father, he really IS a evil genius who could take over the world... if anyone took him seriously. >_>

BTW -- a character like Jiminy is totally fine, AGOI. :p People who act as "Uninvolved Sidekicks", like Jiminy Cricket, is okay with me. I just don't want the heroes -- or "Involved" Sidekicks -- to take the center focus of the RP.

Background: The kid of....Naruto and Sakura? Yes, as strange as it may be, Naruto and Sakura had a kid *shot by purists* named *shot* Naru*shot*ko.
Naruko was raised by Orochimaru as a baby, and she met the Akatuski. Naruko looked up to Deiadra. Mr. Snakeman did exepermits on her, but unlike Anko, Orochimaru brought Naruko to the Village of Leaves. Shino picked her up as a child, lived a normal life being raised by him, met Jiraya, and he taught her how to summon a frog.
Random Info: Really like Deiadra, and looks up to him.

If you want someone with bug powers, why not just have a kid of Shino?

That character, as stated, makes no sense to me... Completely and totally... A character, born between two parents, yet raised by a third (completely unrelated) person, and for some reason likes a member of the main villain organization of the series...

Like GS said, if you want a bug-girl, just make her an Aburame kid (especially since the Aburame clan is the only one that's supposed to be the bug people, with their special insects infused at birth and everything)...

And if for some reason it is wholely important that this character have parents being Naruto and Sakura, and yet also keep the main storyline-maker from having one messed up, go with a whole DNA splicing thing, or something... I've read somewhere that Orochimaru did some similar type of experiment stuff to basically give Yamato(?) wood-jutsu powers, so this isn't far-fetched for the series, can (kind-of...) make that "liking Deiadara" thing make a tiny bit more sense than the zero amount it does now, can keep the kid related to Naruto and Sakura, can partially work with that Aburame-clan insect infusion stuff (it'd be a stretch here, too, but it still, it can be made to work easier than the original idea), can save unneded difficulties with other RPers storylines, and can make for many interesting backstory possibilities...

Though now I'm curious about why such a listed character would mess up the storyline... :LOL: It isn't be my first guess about competing couplings, after looking at the first page again, soo hmm... This really seems like this's going to have a really interesting twisty story...

Ya, I'm wondering how it messes up the story, myself. That's why I want GS to talk to me in private about it, because I can sometimes come up with compromises with these kinds of things.

Btw, anybody yet figured out who Prince Adalberto's parents are? I'm not trying to say, "Ooh, nobody can figure it out, lookit me!" I'm just curious. I've dropped hints here and there. If somebody's figured it out (or think they have) just say it here. In a way, you could call this me testing out how I am at subtlety.
