Actually, it could be salvageable.

Firstly... tailsonic15, that is blasphemy! And I'm sure when GS sees that, he'll agree! Knuckles is by far one of the coolest characters. It's not his fault he's being overshadowed by Shadow... and I seriously did NOT intend that pun.

But, when I was a wee lad in Elementary School, I can still remember it... how I loved Knuckles and thought he was the coolest character. We'd always complain about why he wasn't in any of the cartoons of the time (AoStH and SatAM). I'll admit, Knuckles isn't what he used to be, but that's only because he's been pushed aside by newer characters like Shadow and Silver. Go play S3&K... really, do it! You'll see Knuckles is a great character.

Its not that I dont hate him, but sometimes he's too gullible and sets sonic on a mission to get the Master emerald when Robotnik stole it from right in front of him. And CPoC, I've played AND beaten S3&K With all the Super Emeralds and gotten :HyperSonic: , :HyperKnuckles: without using any cheat codes

No. You're wrong. Knuckles hasn't been tricked since his FIRST APPERANCE.

There hasn't been a single game since S3&K in which Knuckles has been tricked. He did fight Sonic in Sonic Adventure 1, but that was because Sonic had a piece of the Master Emerald. No one tricked him into fighting Sonic, he was doing his job of protecting the Emerald.

Knuckles hasn't been tricked since the days of Sega Genesis, and if you pay attention to the storyline you'd know that. So don't call Knuckles dumb or gullible.

He also wasn't gullible EVER. Eggman tricked him because EGGMAN IS A GENIUS. His IQ is 300, which is vastly beyond the normal IQ. Knuckles lives alone on a frickin' flying island, he had no clue who Sonic was. Eggman is sneaky and tricky and he tricked Knuckles into thinking Sonic was the villain.

He hasn't been tricked ever since.

He has never been gullible. Because when a GENIUS tricks you, you aren't considered gullible. It's not gullible when a con man cons you.

So please show a little respect to Sonic's BEST rival. Knuckles was created with some originality; he's not just a frickin' copy of Sonic with a few slightly different powers like Metal Sonic, Shadow and Silver are. He actually brought a little originality to the series.

edit: in sonic adventure 1, Knux did get tricked by eggman into fighting sonic because Knux was convinced by eggman that sonic was after the Chaos emeralds.
What I'm trying to say is, if Knux gets tricked by eggman, and even if Eggman has 300 IQ points, Wouldn't Knux know that Eggman is the bad guy and know that if it's Eggman's Idea it's a bad one or one to get the chaos emeralds?

While I'm not entirely certain if what Knucxsonia said is constructive to the thread or not is irrelevant, as my tolerance for rudeness is starting to really deteriorate.
