Remember all those fights we were in the middle of? Whatever happened to those? What happened to the missions? What happened to the characters?

... I'm sure all of that will get answered soon. :p

It's been Two Years since the attempts to save Sayuri and Sama from their captors. The Hokage has called a meeting in Konoha.

Your characters can have changed however you want. New ranks? Yes. New jutsu? Sure! New rivalries, friendships, romance, enemies? Of course, yes, sure, duh!

It's a breath of fresh air for a awesome RP. Srsly, I love TNT. :3 Musashi's my favorite OC I've made in a long time. This RP pwns! Now we're gonna bring it back to life with a little new breath.

So what do you say, fellas? We gonna bring it back? We gonna make HA's masterpiece of fighting and ninjas live once again? Who's with me!?

O'course everybody has the same characters as last time, but if you have a character you weren't using much and don't want to use again, you can have them have died or vanished without a trace. :3 So it's a good chance to overhaul the OCs.

Musashi will be back 'cause he's awesome. Rukia will be back 'cause she's one of me top 3 favorite manga girls and I want to use her. Hitokiri and Brock will be back 'cause there's no closure for those two. Nanami has to be back. :3 Itachi and Michaelmaru too. Oh: HINATA. <3

Hahah, everybody of mine with a few exceptions is coming back. :3

Woulda been really nice if others posted to keep the original story alive before, but oh well. This is almost as good, and hopefully people will keep posting this time!

I might have everyone I had before, including the person I never got a chance to introduce, and definitely not including the two people whose story was never completed (or even started in the first place), but would be just silly/stupid and not work fast enough for this part.

I agree, DP, wholeheartedly. But alas, for whatever reason, people stopped posting. I know exactly who to blame: ME.

I blame me! I didn't post enough to keep it interesting. Well, that'll change this time around. :3

I blame everyone! *starts throwing bricks at everything that moves* Especially me, as for the one point where it actually looked like people cared again, I got sick and decided not to post, instead of postingas best I could to keep the momentum up and keep TNT going. That, and I wasn't creative enough to post as much as possible to try to get more people to remember to post more. But at least I can't say it was completely my story that killed it this time! Unlike SW2, as I wasn't even able to get into that story for TNT in the first place, and even if I had, it would have been infinitely more interesting than the Flying Battery crap I did in SW2 anyway (even the tiny bit that I did get in of this story was much higher in potential interest than that SW2 junk I did), with much more drama-rama, and much more portrayal of the coolness of the (maybe-hopefully?) likeable and personality-rich baddies Raida and Takahito. Though I could have forced it in to try and generate posting momentum again, so there's some more blame for me ther. And, most importantly, I definitely can't say that anything was uninteresting at all to cause everyone else to stop being interested (especially the guys you brought in near the end, GS), because overall, from the beginning to the end, this has been, in my opinion, easily the most interesting, entertaining, and fun RP I've ever been a part of (I haven't been in many, but still, the bar was really set high with this one...). And the story that was going to unfold was going to be really awesome, as well, and was really awesome for the 1/3 the way to completion it got And hopefully by skipping ahead 2 years, it doesn't lose all of the interestingness and funness it had before! So calling blame doesn't matter at all, as everyone stinks for letting this happen by not posting enough. And I better stop typing words now, so I have less to edit and delete tommorrow morning after getting some good sleep to calm me down from my POed/sleepy state i'm in right now.

I honestly think this was an awesome RP too. I dunno if I can say the best ever, 'cause I was once in a almost-three-year-long RP that was awesome, and the first Secret Wars, and The Search, and plus I'm really bad at picking favorites. XD

Do not worry. I get the feeling that you're afraid the funness will be lost by the time skip. I assure you this will not happen. :3 Most of what we were doing before was stalling for time. We couldn't have the groups save Sayuri and Sama right away, but it was the confrontations where they are rescused/attempt to rescue that I planend, and only those confrontations. So I was flying blind, without any real plan at all. While I usually have only a minimal plan on anything, I had none at all, and thus I failed to keep the interest. >_>

But it doesn't matter. Now we can jump ahead right to the very best part! It'll quickly pick up the pace and we will all love it again. :D

:hs: It's okay, DP. It's nobody's fault that this almost ended. It's 129 pages long. That's as long as SW2 when it ended, our previous longest RP. It's like a 200-year-old goldfish. This RP has lived longer than a giraffe's neck. That we still have people interested in continuing it is extraordinary and awesome.

Novelty, and new things, interest people. We're hoping to get HA, Kimi, myself, and the others back and interested in this by allowing a new chance to create and invent. :D I doubt the fun-ness will end, now that we have a chance to emulate the energy we had at the beginning of all this! :D

And as for SW2... I liked that Flying Battery storyline...

Personality: Musashi's a overall friendly and joyous guy. However, since Sayuri betrayed the village he's taken his training more seriously. Musashi's got drive now, and a purpose.
Profession/jutsu(s): He's trained in Hyuuga-Style Jutsu, He's got Byakugan and Sharingan eyes, He's skilled with swords and has quite a few special sword jutsu, and he's got a as-of-yet unexplained chakra. :3 He can summon froggies. :3
Equipment: He has a new sword; a extra-large katana. :3

Personality: Maara is the happy-go-lucky, laugh-loving daughter of Gaara. While she believes in living life to the fullest, she's got her father's bad attitude in fights.

Personality: Nanami's still mysterious and dark, but she's happier these days. Still, she has unfinished business with her father, and there's always the feeling she knows more than she lets on.
Profession/jutsu(s): ANBU Operative. Her jutsu consists of mostly Water-based jutsu, although she also has the standard Uchiha Fire-based stuff. Because of this, she's known as the "Fire and Rain Kunoichi". Oh: Mangekyou Sharingan.

Parents: Uchiha Sasuke and Sakura
Team: Previously on Team Lee, but after running away from Konoha to train under Orochimaru, she's, well, not on that team anymore. Not technically, anyway.
Appearance: She doesn't look too different. Her hair is longer, but still in a top-knot, and she has one of those big purple bows all of Orochimaru's minions wear. Those are cool. :3 Her outfit is a little different... I might provide artwork, but I have some school work in front of me...
Personality: You'll have to wait until the ninja encounter her again... *hiss*
Profession/jutsu(s): Mysteryyyyy...
Equipment: Standard, but I'm sure Orochimaru has given her some evil knic-knack.

Yes, yes: we can all mourn the loss of the orginal storyline (I was sorely dissapointed, as well)... we CAN, but now we must continue this new locomotion of RP-ingness. ;) Chin up!

Personality: Lavan is upbeat and has his own weird ways. He is more than slightly unhinged, sharing the insanity that was overtaking the bird that was sealed within his navel. Now more powerful than he was before, Lavan is a right pain in the ass to his enemies and a comrade you would always wish for if you are a friend. He always does something to cheer you up... Or to annoy you. Matters on his mood.
Profession/jutsu(s): Almost every fire-based technique in existence belongs to Lavan. He also specialized in twin fire-scimitar combat and is exceptionally annoying when he produces fire clones.
Equipment: 2 kunais, pack of shurikens, 2 full small boxes of homemade explosive tags, rope and folding grappling hook, matches, zippo lighter, sword handles, smoke bombs, flash bombs.

Name: Shikuro Kunnai
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Parents: Unknown
Team: "Yougankure Demolition Squad"
Appearance: His appearance did not change much. He still wears an outfit resembling his old, but the metallic bits are now completely black and made of an unknown, volcanic metal. He has decreased the size of the rolls under his sleeves, and he now wears tighter clothing for more free movement, but the outfit style did not change. He still wears the freaky headband/crown with the symbol of Yougankure on it. Another small change was the red lining to his outfit to signify him as one of the Demolition squad.
Personality: Kunnai has lightened up much during these past two years. He now smiles more often and does not jump at just anybody for a kill. He has refined his skills and still is eager to kill when allowed, but he has gained a sense of honor of his own and does not strike a downed opponent in a far duel.
Profession/jutsu(s): Kunnai became a professinal stealth killer and his defensive tactics are pretty much unbreachable. Refining himself to the point of almost always being on the edge of adrenaline, Kunnai is not someone to tick off at the wrong time. He specializes in pain and wound-reflecting abilities and slicing through everything with his wires.
Equipment:2 kunai, shurikens, 2 explosive tags, ninja rope and folding grappling hook, 10 pairs of small shears, mono-wire with rolls, smoke bombs, flash bombs.


Name: Hyuuga Maya
Age: 18
Gender: Female
Parents: Unknown
Team: "Yougankure Demolition Squad"
Appearance: Hyuuga Maya's look now much resembles that of Neji without the headband and the caged bird seal, and the blue hair that reaches way down to her lower back. She has refined, become more athletic-looking and just the look in her eye gives you a shout "GENJUTSU USER!!!". Think Neji's outfit with red belt and red lining and a dark-blue, almost black rest.
Personality: Maya is bossy, more like Ino than anybody else, but she cares for her teammates. She is the peacekeeper and controller of the team, even when Lavan is the official team captain. She cares for all of them and would give her life for any, especially Odari, to whom she is engaged.
Profession/jutsu(s): Maya is an exceptional genjutsu user, but along with her genjutsu tricks, she has also refined her jyuuken fighting style to near perfection. That combined with a little something she likes to call chakra spikes give her the ability to extend the range of her jyuuken to almost three feet away from her body. She became a deadly kunoichi.
Equipment: Shurikens, 2 kunai, 2 explosive tags, smoke bombs, flash bombs, ninja rope and folding grappling hook, silver dust, senbon needles, full medic kit.


Name: Dartuo Odari
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Parents: Unknown
Team: "Yougankure Demolition Squad"
Appearance: Odari has not changed much either. He still wears the loose pants and open vest for every girl to see (Maya is still pissed at him for being an "exhibitionist"... She's just jealous), and a face that makes hearts break. But even beyond his now-longer ponytail, Odari became deadly. Now aligned with his natural element water, Odari uses high-pressure water and circulates it in his hand like a rasengan. From there, he is capable of using it like a slinky around his body, and with his dodginess...
Personality: Odari is a very musical soul. He plays several musical instruments and often times the group sits back and Kunnai and Maya listen to Odari play and Lavan sing. Odari is upbeat, badass, "I-don't-take-no-crap" and is very independent. Also leads a very happy affair with Maya.
Equipment: Shurikens, 2 kunai, 2 explosive tags, smoke bombs, flash bombs, ninja rope and folding grappling hook, razor pyramids, senbon needles.

One, Honoogakure has been renamed at the last second to suit itself more into it;s natural habitat, and now is called Yougankure no Sato: Village hidden in the Lava.

Two: None of the Yougan nins wear those bulky, ugly chuunin/jounin vests. Instead, they choose their own outfits.

Appearance: Wears a silver headband over her 'eyes,' but unlike her old one it no longer bears the Konoha symbol; it is blank. She wears a slim black outfit with white pants and jacket.
Personality: Very... driven. She is very dedicated to her training and can be very serious, but she can also be hotheaded and downright grumpy.
Profession/Jutsu(s): She beleives she cannot perform ninjutsu or genjustu. She is exceedingly skilled in Taijutsu, however, and uses this to its fullest extent. She has developed several of her own techniques. Her eyes matured from normal eyes into a curious, and exceedingly powerful, mix of the Mangekyo Sharingan and the Byakugan, but being resistant to anything which allowed her 'shortcuts' or which denied her the power to control her own destiny, she removed them rather forcefully as they showed themselves, first the left and eventually, later on, the right as well. She has taught herself to move rather comfortably in spite of being blind.
Random Info: At some point, Hitomi forsook her family, and took a respectful leave of absence from her Village and friends to travel the world and train herself.

Personality: The interviewer was found dead in the forest, so I think it's safe to say that he declined comment. :p
Profession/Jutsu(s): His jutsus are mantis-, bug-, or sword-themed, generally.

Let's continue the old topic so that we increase our awesome page number... but I'm going to post "=post=" a bunch of times so that the starter post begins on a new page. ^_^

Also: I could post the first post if needed. Howevah! Should we be making a second chuunin exam? It *would* be the right timeframe-- younger kids like Inoko and as-of-yet-unseen kids would be joining in, and our kids would be organizing it. And it would actually make sense with the title! Think it's doable? :D

I do like that idea, but I have one thing that I must insist on.

Let's have the older group have no part in the new Chuunin Exams. We can use the younger OCs in the Chuunin Exams (as we could all come up with new, younger OCs) but let's have the older ones doing something that pertains to new knowledge about Orochimaru or Akatsuki, or something that will let us slowly reveal all the changes that have taken place.

I'd rather have a new thread, since this part is so far away from the previous point, and it would make it much easier to find the reference point beginning of this part in a new thread, instead of 130 something pages into a thread. And, I'd rather have the focus of the story on the characters from before, and to finish off their stories instead of just ignoring them even more and creating more characters to do everything that we did already with the original group...

^_^; My intent was to focus this time on the creators of the test, our old guys; have our characters design and facilitate the exams, to see the exam which changed their life so much from the outside this time. Those actually taking the test, with a couple of exceptions, would be left largely to the imagination, and the focus would be on our 'old' characters, as Orochimaru/Akatsuki use the fact that they're all in the same place, and kept busy, to attack or something. Sound better, now that I've been clearer? :D

Appearance: Incredily messy red hair, fairly short, standing at a few inches over five feet, and normally wears red, yellow, and brown colors.
Personality: Happy and sometimes serious, Galv has learned to control emotions over the two year skip, learning to use the power of the X-Tailed Mouse. Galv normally resides around the Village of Vegetables, but goes with Maize now to the Village Hidden in the Leaves, as the two villages have an agreement with each other.
Profession/Jutsu(s): Chunin. Specialty is electric Justus and emotion based Justus, and is very speedy, even without with moves.
Random Info: Galv really likes ketchup, and his Biju doesn’t seem to be mean, since the X-Tailed Mouse was born about the same time Galv was.

Appearance: Taller then Galv, standing at 5’ 8”, Maize has brown hair to her shoulders and green eyes. She usually wears gray and blue clothes.
Personality: Maize is headstrong and has a frightening strength, and is quickly becoming a professional of Saiyan Taijustu. She’s usually seen with Galv, as the duo make a formidable fighting force together.
Profession/Jutsu(s): Chunin. Maize has no real specialty, except in a certain Taijustu.
Random Info: Maize can eat a lot without getting a stomach ache, and quickly converts the food into chakra to use.

Parents: Ize Vlad, mother not known for now, pretty much not important.

Appearance: Cess stands tall at a little over six feet. He has pale skin and jet black hair, plus incredibly green eyes. He wears dark clothes for the most part.
Personality: Cess might be from a clan that deals with monsters, but Cess is usually a happy person, and likes to crack jokes, despite his new position.
Profession/Jutsu(s): Junin. And new village leader of the Village of Vegetables, since his father is getting older, and their village lacks many ninjas. He’s best at Justus that deal with the paranormal and monsters.
Random Info: Ize Cess may be the new village leader, but he makes many trips to different places, and has even become good at growing Sensu Beans.

(essentially, he looks like Hitsugaya Toushiro: picture)

Over top of that is an Anko-style trenchcoat, 'cause Anko's cool. She has black hair that appears short, except for the long braid of hair that reaches down past her waist. She has green eyes, but her right eye contains an Uzumagan. She's about 5 feet tall.
Personality: Energetic, brave, spirited, loyal, headstrong at times, and does have a temper

Equipment: lots-o-kunai, shurikens, and various other ninja stuffs

I don't think the new Chuunin Exam will be very plot-worthy. I think it's just something that they will observe for a few posts to unravel the past a bit. I know that I'm having this thing jump right into the action so that there will be a lot of motivation to post. :3 Kimi knows. Sama knows. You don't -- but you will soon! :p

I know the timeskip isn't exactly the way you wanted this to go -- same is true for me -- but it will get the RP revived and it'll get interest restored. Any character you couldn't introduce, do so right away -- or do so in a flash back! However you think is best. ^^

Also -- I finally made a Sama picture. It's on my post on page 1. ^^ The "After" picture is secret. :3 Cojo knows. Sama knows. Do you? No! BUt you will!

I found a bunch of Naruto pictures on DA, and as they were sprites, I edited them. ^^

I was gonna make some for all the OCs... I made a Lavan and Kunnai and Maya ones... but I kinda got lazy. BUT NOW I AM UN LAZY!

Describe your character in bitter intimate detail, compare them to existing characters if possible, and I'll make them. ^^

Where was everyone? On missions to save Sama and Sayuri, respectivly. Musashi led the Sayuri rescue mission and Lavan led the Sama rescue mission.

From what I've gathered, neither mission was a success. >_<

I never made a Sayuri or Hitomi sprite cause Kimi drew them. ^^ Kimi's art is better than sprites.





Those two on top -- the ones near the random hair -- were OCs I was working on but never finished making.

By any chance, are we going to know what happened with everything that was supposed to happen in the original RP, as well as in this break? It would be helpful to know what happened, so in case someone wants to reflect on something, they'd actually know what they were reflecting on, and be able to come up with stuff based on that??

Also, how soon is this starting, if we aren't getting to know what happened in this break or with those missions, so I kind-of know when we are going to be able to know what happened over this break??

And here I thought that GS's proposition was a good idea. We made DP unhappy and irritable instead.

If anybody has a suggestion, then come forward. If not... I'd rather see this RP shut down than hurting somebody's plans, feelings and making people irritable.

The only thing close to a plan in my head is at least letting the missions the ninja are currently on fail without skiping over them: by that, I mean to continue with the original with no intention on actually getting to where we're going. That would lead to a failed mission and reason for the skip. That shouldn't take too long, eh???

There is no problems. Just circumstances that happened, that nothing can or could be done about. Don't worry about it, just get this new thing going!! :LOL: By going forward, there's no reason to dwell on the past; that's what I was trying to say at the end there. I'm just also trying to explain why I've sounded not so happy, because I haven't been happy, as I've kept thinking too much about something that I know is unchangable, instead of being able to focus on somthing else.

Parents: All his relatives are dead. Except his brother, but to him, his brohter is dead.
Team: Pwnage er Sasuke
Appearance: His overall appearance has not changed. He now walks around in a Sasukeish outfit from the Chuunin Exams. He has his arm taped up his entire Right Arm, except for his hand. His hand has a glove on it with a metal plate. the metal plate however has his scar carved into it, so no matter if the glove is on or off, his scar is visible.
Personality: Hikaru is still funloving and a nice guy. He likes to enjoy life, and is mostly positive. But his attitude has changed. He is now good friend with Musashi.
Profession/Jutsu(s): His Himitsugan has developed. He can almost perfect it into his Bloodline Trait and not just a Jutsu. His Orbs are more developed as is his Taijutsu moves. Hikaru is also odd, most ninja have one type of Elemental Chakra. For some reason, he doesn't.
Random Info: For some odd reason once a month Hikaru dissapears without a trace. And it is not on the same day either, but at random days in the month. No one, not even Sasuke knows where he goes. All they know is that one day he is there, the next he is gone, and no one can get him to talk about it.

Appearance: An exact twin to Musashi, only her Byakgan is on the other eye. She wears a Sakura 2 Years Later type Outfit.
Personality: Misaki has worked very hard to catch up to her brother and Hikaru. She is best friends with Rukia and Nanami, and when they aren't on ninja missions, the three hang out.
Profession/Jutsu(s): Her Juken, and Shadow Clones have been perfected, and her stealth moves as well.
Random Info: Misaki has taken training from Sakura on healing techniques. She trys to hope Sakura cope with the loss of her daughter by acting as one for the Uchihas.

Name: Hyuuga Kenshin

Parents: I dont think I ever revealed it but, Hyuuga Neji and Tenten

Appearance: He dons the Hyuuga main family robes now, with a headband like his dads.
Personality: Very protective and Loyal, oh yeah hes a freaken Genius
Profession/Jutsu(s): His Juken is unmatched, by only his older brother and his father. Although his Byakugan still has not developed(Poor Kenshin) he knows every Chakra point in the Human Body based on his one experience with Byakugan. He memorized it, and now performs Juken.
Random Info: Kenshin is very prtoective of his best friend, Wan. He is always there to help him, and the two hang out and train constantly. Kenshin is also works hard at training, almost as much as Rock Lee would.

Gender: Male
Parents: Both dead, killed by him.
Team: Akatsuki Baby! Also known as the Kage Killer.
Appearance: Donning his Akatsuki robes, his Himitsugan eyes, and his armor underneath. There is a slight bulge in his robe, it is expected that there is a form of a weapon back there. But anyone who has ever gotten close has never been heard from again.
Personality: Susumu seems to have a split personality. The lazy, slightly ironic self, and his bloodthirsting Killing you self :3 or >:3
Profession/Jutsu(s): Kage Killer, nough said. Susumu speacializes in two brands of Jutsu. Strickly all Elemental, or attacking your chakra directly, killing you from the inside.
Random Info: Susumu is one to kill first then kill more later. His Partner is Akatsuki is Spoiler. Susumu for some reason has developed a hatred for his brother...

I'm sorry DP! I know how you feel with regards to the situation you described. Unfortunately, I hadn't realized there was at least one person so charged about this RP that they wanted to keep it going as it was; so, I came up with this, to get it moving in some form or another. u_u Sorry about the plan-mess-up. The best I can do now, I suppose, is to get this moving so that we can get you inspired about other storylines and characters...

As for the past, and what happened during the time-break: solving it as we go along is okay for characters like Sayuri and Sama, but for the others-- like DP's and Kimi's characters-- it'd be good to at least end things before we move on, and explain why, for example, Akatsuki and Orochimaru have (probably) been relatively silent. If we explain those two things, will that be sufficient for the "what to reflect on" problem DP mentioned?

As for the first... I think Kimi's suggestion is a good one. We have exactly *8* posts left until the next page... think that can wrap it up? ^^; If not, it's okay, we can go over a bit. BUT I don't want to lose our momentum for Part II, so let's hurry!!! Otherwise, I say: go for it, guys! My characters are barely involved right now, so I can't do much. But go ahead, wrap it up! I hope we have some reason why these hardcore ninjas give up and go home... ^^;

You wonder "What happened on the missions", so, how about this?

Lavan's Team: Nanami mentioned a safe place to rest. They were gonna get ambushed when they got there. How about, for the sake of knowing, we say they were ambushed... by Itachi. Being that he is Itachi, he pwned them like a girl scout troop fighting Godzilla. XD But being that they have powerhouses like Lavan, Nanami and such, they weren't pwned that badly and they all escaped alive. HOWEVER, Itachi unleashed some kind of massive Uchiha super jutsu that injured them enough that they were forced to retreat. AND he revealed that Sama had been moved to a new location that Nanami did not know about -- meaning they had no way of finding him and completeing their mission. Honestly it's plasuible since Itachi is Naruto #1 Canon Pwner, and Akatsuki is tricky enough to move the Biju.

Musashi's Team: Same kinda deal. Orochimaru was getting frustrated that they were getting close so he came and personally pwned them. Since, as I used for Itachi's excuse, he's OROCHIMARU. He's better than they are. He knows billions of jutsu. XD He beat them bad and they were forced to retreat back to Konoha, where Naruto, worried about his children from their mutually failed missions, ended their missions until they all trained more and he sent tough people like Kakashi and Sasuke to do this stuff.

Kakashi and Sasuke, ect, failed.

Hmm This I dont know about, espeacially if they went together. Itachi is tough, Orochimaru is tough, but against both of these two together? It would be pretty even.

We dunno who Shadow Leader Guy is, but we know he's good enough to be Itachi and Orochimaru's boss when they were both Akatsuki, so he's probably good enough to pwn Sasuke and Kakashi with Itachi's help.

Let's do as the Kimikage suggest! Let's use these last eight posts along with those summaries to finish things up. ^^ Then we can begin the new storyline.

Also -- is there a specific reason why you can't just resume it after the time skip? :hs: I know how bad it sucks when a storyline gets messed up, and I want to try to prevent that as much as I can, but nobody has been posting in this. It's mostly my fault. I just want this awesome RP to survive. If this isn't enough posts for what you want -- why not a fanfic? Why not a flashback? Or a series of flashbacks? There's a lot of ways around this. ^^; You're a friend, and out of everyone it was YOU who put a "TNT is a awesome RP and should be posted in more" message in your siggy. So I think you deserve to do your storyline. I just hope we can find a way where you can do it and we can all have the excitment that this can bring.

... If flashbacks or fanfics or 8 posts won't work, then: How about we RP to page 135 or sooner?.

Why don't we make a pact to finish all current storylines by page 135. If we can't, we'll use flashbacks to finish it after the time skip. But that's 8 posts and five whole other pages. Will that be enough for everyone?
