I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make a moving picture thing, like you'll see often on Deviant Art as someone's icon, or even here as an Avatar sometimes... Heck, GS has a bunch in his Signature right now!

So, can anyone help me here? I always wanted to learn how...

Its kinda hard to explain. You have to have a certain program (PhotoPlus for me) to do them.

I have no idea. XD I find mine via google or yahoo.

You need a program that can make animated gifs. Once you have a program that can do that, it's relatively easy, as all you need to do is provide frames for the animation and the program pretty much does the rest.

There should be alot of tutorials on Google. Just type in "how do I make an animated .GIF" or something like that, and you should be set!
